The fully asynchronous part-time Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) provides an advanced degree in accounting. The 30-credit curriculum helps prepare students - even those without prior accounting or business coursework - who wish to earn the Certificate Public Account licensure. Students in the MSA graduate with valuable skills and knowledge that can be immediately applied to real-world problems. Designed for working professionals the MSA can be completed in as little as two years.

Program Learning Outcomes


Graduates of the USF MSA program will be able to:

  • Proficiency in regulatory and financial reporting, with the ability to apply complex reporting standards and comprehend sustainability reporting frameworks across different business scenarios.
