Students that choose the International Economics concentration will study these issues, look at the empirical data and learn about answers economists have to these questions. This concentration provides a solid foundation in the economic side of international studies.

International Studies (BAIS) Required Courses:
The World Since 1945 (4 units)
Complete one of the following: Intro to Int’l Politics (4 units)
Complete the following: The Global Economy (4 units)
Complete one of the following: Research Methods (4 units)
Complete one of the following: International Economics Concentration Requirements
Required (8 units)
Complete 8 units from the following: Concentration Electives (8 units)
Complete 8 units in the following: Note:
* Students may take a maximum of one course in ECON 311 , ECON 312 , or ECON 318 towards their concentration electives. Regional Minor (20 units)
All International Studies majors must complete a 20-unit regional component from among the following existing regional minors: |
