This course provides an introduction to modern product management principles and practices. The curriculum covers the product lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis to development, launch, and growth strategies. Candidates will gain practical skills in customer research, competitive analysis, product strategy formulation, roadmap development, and product analytics. Through real-world project, hands-on exercises, and interactive workshops, participants will learn how to effectively function within product teams, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and drive successful product outcomes in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.
