NEUR 100 - Preparing for NeuroSuccess

This 1-unit course, required for all first-year neuroscience majors, will focus on developing key skills for academic success and on career exploration. Students will receive guidance in goal-setting, self-care, time management, study skills, and collaboration. Students will be guided through exploratory and reflective activities designed to help them identify career pathways aligned with their interests, and to take steps to ensure they are on-track for meeting their career goals. Guest lecturers will introduce students to USF resources and provide insights into the variety of career pathways available to them as neuroscience majors.
