ENGR 364 - Control Systems Unit(s): 4
This course gives students a comprehensive and foundational understanding of control systems in transform and time domains, and a broad exposure of the applications of these concepts in real-world engineering problems, specifically from the lens of electrical engineering. This course focuses on linear, continuous-time control systems that are both open and closed (feedback) loops. The hands-on programming labs attached to the course help students better understand mathematical concepts, and also feature many of the control applications covered in the lectures.
Prerequisite: (ENGR 362 with a minimum grade of C and ENGR 303 with a minimum grade of C and ENGR 301 with a minimum grade of C) Corequisite: ENGR-364L Restriction: Field of study restricted to Engineering Major College of Arts and Sciences
