ENGR 244 - Intro/Construction Materials

An understanding of the basic properties of major construction materials is fundamental to becoming an effective architect or engineer. This course introduces students to the properties, applications and design considerations of common construction materials.


Prerequisite: (PHYS 100 with a minimum grade of C or PHYS 110 with a minimum grade of C or PHYS 130 with a minimum grade of C or PHYS 150 with a minimum grade of C) and (MATH 107 with a minimum grade of C or MATH 108 with a minimum grade of C or MATH 109 with a minimum grade of C)
Restriction: Field of Study restricted to Engineering Major, Architectural Engineering Minor, Engineering Concentration
