BUS 498 - HONORS Managing Processes & Projects

This course introduces core concepts in business process modeling and project management. Students learn to evaluate and improve organizational processes, develop project plans, and understand how technology supports both process improvement and project management.

Prerequisite: BUS 205 with a minimum grade of C- and (BUS 204 with a minimum grade of D- or BUS 294 with a minimum grade of D-)
