This hospitality capstone course integrates knowledge from all hospitality and business classes to prepare students for contemporary hospitality leadership. Using their entrepreneurial thinking skills students; ideate, plan, team-build, budget, and execute five-star, high-quality events.
Prerequisite: (BUS 285 and BUS 484) School of Management
