BUS 452 - Global Strategy and Innovation Unit(s): 4
This course is the culmination of the International Business (IB) curriculum and brings together knowledge and skills gained in the previous IB courses and applies those to real-world scenarios. This project-based course enables students to integrate prior learning and examine in-depth, real-life global opportunities and unintended consequences of trade; regional and global strategy; the benefits and challenges of operating and managing internationally and cross-culturally; the geopolitical forces shaping the global economy; the growing global entrepreneurship movement, and the evolving nature of sustainability and innovation in todays globally integrated market.
Prerequisite: BUS 350 with a minimum grade of D- and (BUS 461 with a minimum grade of D- or concurrent BUS 430 with a minimum grade of D-) School of Management
