HONC 108 - Food, Flora & Fauna

This immersion course examines ideas of sustainability in the context of Italy – a country renowned for its food, beautiful natural spaces, and innovative design, but also political and social divides and regionalism. While immersing ourselves in the Italian context, students consider how all of these facets come together to shape sustainability in Italy. Students also examine how this differs from sustainability in San Francisco and the other communities.
