After this initial exploration, the course studies Ignatius Autobiography. Students learn about the Ignatian method for prayer, how to discern Gods will in their lives, the meaning of the Ignatian phrase, Finding God in All Things, and the understanding of sin and salvation from the Jesuit/Ignatian tradition. The last part of the course focuses on Jesuit theology of mission, Jesuit understanding of inculturation, Jesuit education, and the relationship between the Catholic Christian faith and social justice.
