BAM 315 - Managing Collaborations Unit(s): 2
This course introduces students to academic theories and frameworks, as well as practical applications of theory related to teams and teaming. Learning will take place in the context of seminar and team discussions, individual and team reflection, case analysis, experiential exercises, and a team observation project. Although this course will be based on theory and current academic thought, putting the concepts into practice is where the real learning happens. Therefore, each individual’s contribution to the learning environment is critical to his/her ongoing professional development.
