MSDS 691 - Relational Databases

This course aims to develop a strong understanding of relational database concepts and provide practical experience in designing, querying, and optimizing databases. The topics covered in this course include Entity-Relationship (ER) models, Structured Query Language (SQL), database and schema design, schema refinement and normalization, database performance and indexing, transactions, and relational databases on cloud computing.
