POLS 337 - Gender & the Law

This course explores the relationship between gender and the law, understanding gender in its broadest sense including sex, sexuality, and gender identity. The course centers around legal case studies to evaluate the relationship between law and justice in many areas that affect gender minority lives, including: employment, schools, health care, public accommodations, family and marriage rights, voting rights, and reproductive rights.
