INTD 320 - Exploring the Life Sciences Unit(s): 2
This course highlights practices and resources that can be used to teach Life Sciences (biology and environmental sciences) in a K-12 environment. Students participate in hands-on learning, discussions, and field experiences that prepare them to complete a final project of observing and analyzing a Life Science education program. Required for the STEM Education Minor, coursework relates to the CESTs (California Subject Examinations for Teachers) and the NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards).
