In this hands-on intensive class, students learn how to do in-depth investigative journalism. The course covers investigating the powerful and corrupt in the interest of justice, accountability and transparency. Students learn to find hidden stories, research public records, use investigative interviewing techniques, and write a compelling investigative story.
