PSYD 748 - Clinical Dissertation Proposal

The Clinical Dissertation Proposal Seminar is a course designed to guide PsyD students in topic selection, literature review, methods, and analytic plan for their proposed Clinical Dissertation. Students meet regularly with the instructor, who is their Clinical Dissertation Committee Chair,in 1:1 and small group contexts to establish timelines and goals/priorities, discuss ideas, and review proposal drafts. Students enroll in this course until they have submitted and successfully defended their Clinical Dissertation Proposal with their Committee, usually in the spring of Year 3. Typically, students take this course for two to three semesters.
