MBA 6439 - CAP: Consulting

This capstone experiential learning-based course focuses on foundational consulting principles and competencies. Emphasis is placed on real-world consulting processes; project management and team dynamics studied through the context of a client facing organizational challenge. In this course, consulting skills are extended through the use of Gantt charts, contracting with clients, managing client relationships, diagnosing client challenges and developing action plans/project milestones.
