This course focuses on Agile project management techniques. Through application of actionable learning science frameworks and prototyping experiments early on, you’ll generate tangible ideas to transform your organization. Emphasis is placed on real-world business challenges, process improvement planning and team dynamics studied through the context of agile project management and systems thinking. Topics covered include: Agile terminology, frameworks, roles and process flow. Project management execution. While this course is grounded in agile systems practice, the real learning occurs through application, integration, synthesis and evaluation with a wide variety of Bay Area businesses will be the iterative learning takes place.
