ART 331 - Digital Art Unit(s): 4
This studio art course investigates digital processes in the creation of visual art. Through studying various software applications, with the use of smartphone and digital cameras, students conceptualize and create artistic responses for web, phone, and printed applications. Introductory practices in digital drawing, painting, photography and documentary video work, are explored. Course lab work is supplemented with readings, discussions, field-trips, guest speakers and critiques.
Restriction: Field of Study restricted to Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, Art History & Museum Studies Major, Architecture, Design, Fine Arts Minor College of Arts and Sciences
