ENVS 377 - Mapping Sustainable Energies

In this course, students learn how geospatial technologies can be used to map a sustainable future. Students learn what Geographic Information System (GIS) is while exploring design criteria for solar and wind power placements. They conduct lab exercises, implement a case study, and communicate results via class discussions.
