This course introduces registered nurses to fundamental principles and practices of graduate education encompassing nursing in the Jesuit tradition and Ignatian Pedagogy.

Students will explore the history and future of nursing and emerging roles of the graduate nurse within interprofessional teams. Skills related to time management, professional conduct and communication will be emphasized.
