PSYD 788 - Clinical Dissertation Seminar Unit(s): 1
The Clinical Dissertation Seminar is a course designed to guide PsyD students in implementation, data gathering, data analysis, write up, and defense of the Clinical Dissertation. Students meet regularly with the instructor, who is their Clinical Dissertation Committee Chair, in 1:1 and in small group contexts to establish timelines and goals/priorities, discuss ideas, and review drafts. Students enroll in this course until they have submitted and successfully defended their Clinical Dissertation with their Committee, usually in the spring of Year 4. Typically, students take this course for two semesters.
Restriction: College restricted to School of Nursing and Health Professions; Degree restricted to Doctor of Psychology; Program restricted to PSYD-Psychology, and PSYD-Clinical Psychology and School of Nursing and Health Professions
