PSYD 740 - Practicum 2B Unit(s): 2
This course builds on Practicum 2A, as students continue their clinical training placements in community settings. Through group consultation, students have the opportunity to receive and provide constructive feedback on their clinical work. Didactics of this course will focus on advancing basic case conceptualization and treatment planning skills established in Practicum 2A, with an emphasis on cultural considerations. Professional development topics covered include roles of psychologists in integrated care settings, and collaboration and consultation within community mental health settings.
