NURS 705B - Evidence-Based Scholarship II Unit(s): 3
Building upon Evidence-Based Scholarship I, this course emphasizes the application of advanced elements of evidence-based-practice (EBP) at the doctoral level. This includes learning how to create an environment conducive to the EBP process then learning how to use structured models and tools to develop, implement, and evaluate successful evidence-based change of practice projects. Students will learn to create an evaluation and evidence synthesis table.
Prerequisite: (NURS 7001 with a minimum grade of B- or NURS 7002 with a minimum grade of B- or MPH 612 with a minimum grade of B-) and (NURS 705A with a minimum grade of B- or NURS 705 with a minimum grade of B-) Restriction: College restricted to School of Nursing and Health Professions School of Nursing and Health Professions
