NURS 651 - Nurse Leader Roles Synthesis

This course presents a framework for interdisciplinary leadership and lateral integration of care. Through the clinical immersion experience, the student will integrate leadership and clinical management concepts to provide a context for implementation of the clinical nurse leader skill set in complex, adaptive healthcare systems.

Prerequisite: NURS 613 with a minimum grade of S or NURS 614 and (NURS 615 with a minimum grade of S or NURS 654 with a minimum grade of S) and (NURS 623 with a minimum grade of S or NURS 628 with a minimum grade of S or NURS 655 with a minimum grade of S)
