HS 650 - Capstone Project in HI

This Capstone Experience course will to provide students with an opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program on real problems. In doing so, we are helping students bridge the gap between theory and real applications. Whether students work in a biomedical or industrial research laboratory, or clinical services provider, they will use knowledge of health and biomedical informatics gained in the program to create and implement a project plan that solves an existing problem or challenge in healthcare.

Prerequisite: HS 611 and HS 614
Restriction: College restricted to School of Nursing and Health Professions; NHP Fieldwork Fee - 100; Field of study restricted to Digital Health Informatics, Health Informatics Major
