MPH 674 - Chronic Conditions

In this course, students will learn about biological, psychological, and social aspects and determinants of chronic health conditions. Students will analyze national and global trends in prevalence, incidence, morbidity and mortality. Themedical and psychosocial experience of chronic conditions for individuals and families will be assessed. Content will focus on Healthy People priorities and on education and promotion ofculturally appropriate, interdisciplinary, multi-level interventions for primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention.
