HIST 421 - Native Americans in U.S. History: Seminar

Readings and discussions of major recent works exploring the place of Native American peoples in the history of the United States. The course will survey the field both chronologically and geographically, but will focus intensively on the impact of the dominant American culture on a selection of particular tribes.
