BUS 487 - Event & Culinary Ideation Unit(s): 4
This hospitality capstone course integrates knowledge from all hospitality and business classes to prepare students for contemporary hospitality leadership. Using their entrepreneurial thinking skills students; ideate, plan, team-build, budget, and execute five-star, high-quality events.
Prerequisite: concurrent BUS 385 and (BUS 484) Restriction: Class restricted to Senior; SOM-HMGT Course Materials Fee - 35; Field of study restricted to Hospitality Industry Mgmt, Hospitality Management Major School of Management
