The part-time Master in Management (MIM) program is an innovative graduate program for emerging leaders aiming to integrate impactful ethical decision-making with sustainable business strategies. This transformative 30-credit curriculum dives deep into how future leaders can leverage technology, financial insights, and sustainability to revolutionize business practices. With a strong emphasis on managerial and leadership competencies, the curriculum equips students with the skills to navigate the complex interplay of technology and sustainability in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Through engaging with a diverse range of organizations across sectors, from startups to established Fortune 500 companies, students tackle real-world sustainability challenges via project-based learning. This approach ensures the practical application of theoretical knowledge, enhancing skills in creating impactful, sustainable solutions. The program offers a holistic educational experience, integrating personalized curriculum paths and extensive experiential learning opportunities, all aimed at launching students into impactful careers.

The proposal outlines the creation of a new concentration for the online part-time MIM program. The 30-unit program curriculum has three parts: a core (foundational mindsets and skillsets courses) of 12 units, the Management and Leadership concentration (focused on developing management and leadership competencies and skills courses) of 14 units, and a capstone (practical solutions courses) of 4 units.

This program is WSCUC approved.
