Urban Education and Social Justice, MAT

Two courses (six Units) are required to complete the MAT in UESJ:

The Master of Arts in Teaching Urban Education and Social Justice (UESJ) prepares teachers for transformative practice in urban schools. that serve historically marginalized populations. Candidates focus on the complex needs and strengths of students in these schools.

• TEC 659 - Action Research and Service-Learning for Urban Teachers
