BUAN 410 - Analytics for Good

This course is a hands-on exploration of advanced business analytics tools and techniques applied to real-world community projects. Building on prior knowledge of analytics, students will use data cleaning, data visualization, exploratory analysis, machine learning, and AI skills to tackle community-based challenges. Ethical considerations, including transparency and data privacy, are woven throughout to prepare students to implement analytics responsibly in business.


Prerequisite: (concurrently BUS 308 with a minimum grade of D- or concurrently BUS 498 with a minimum grade of D- or concurrently BUS 398 with a minimum grade of D-) and (BUS 315 with a minimum grade of D- or concurrently BUS 317 with a minimum grade of D- or BUAN 315 with a minimum grade of D- or concurrently BUAN 317 with a minimum grade of D-)
