BMGT 442 - Management Capstone Unit(s): 2
This capstone course challenges management majors to integrate their academic learning with ethical reflection and action for the greater good (magis). Students will develop the practical skills needed to organize, plan, and deliver on initiatives that are both effective and values-driven. Through project-based learning, they will apply management theories to real-world contexts, engaging with diverse teams and community partners. Emphasis is placed on leadership as service, critical reflection, and professional growth–preparing students to become thoughtful, responsible, and socially conscious leaders who advance organizational success while contributing to a more just and humane world.
Prerequisite: (BUS 441 with a minimum grade of D- or BMGT 441 with a minimum grade of D-) Restriction: Major Restricted to Management; Class restricted to Senior School of Management
