Use of web services, content management, collaboration tools, payments, search, keyword advertising, interfaces with e-commerce exchanges, basic security and analytics. Evaluation of business benefits.

Prerequisite: Core A2 Rhetoric and Comp with a minimum grade of D- which may not be taken concurrently.
