This course examines the relationship between social change and management, exploring how organizations respond to and influence societal shifts. Students will study key movements, trends, and innovations that shape business practices and impact global and local communities. The course emphasizes the role of responsible management, sustainability, and leadership in fostering positive social change. Through case studies and experiential projects, students will develop strategies to address societal challenges within business contexts.
