ENGR 102 - Exploring Engineering Practice

In this introductory course, students will (1) explore different fields of engineering and the associated careers as a basis for developing a career path, and (2) implement essential career planning and job search strategies including professional communication skills. In addition to class activities, staff from USF’s Career Services and faculty will facilitate workshops to support students’ development of essential job search skills, and engineers will be invited to participate in career panels that will give students an opportunity learn more about different engineering careers, engage with practicing engineers and network.
