This course propels students into the world of strategy and innovation, emphasizing critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making at an advanced level. Through assessing the macro and competitive environments, analyzing firm performance, and developing innovative business models, students gain a hands-on approach to projecting growth strategies and honing their ability to critically gather, analyze, and synthesize information to accomplish strategic goals. By using sophisticated analytical and financial tools, this course helps students cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset that will aid them in supporting and eventually guiding both emerging ventures and established enterprises.
Prerequisite: (BUS 301 or BUS 491) and (BUS 302 or BUS 492) and (BUS 304 or BUS 494) and (BUS 305 or BUS 495) and (concurrent BUS 308 or concurrent BUS 498) Restriction: Class restricted to Senior School of Management
