Professional growth as a leader invites continuous learning, self-reflection, and personal development. In this culminating course, exclusively for Management majors, students will be provided opportunities for growth and career development while integrating learning from across the Management curriculum. The class invites students into reflection, class discussions, experiential exercises, readings, and practical application as they consider their developmental trajectories and professional aspirations. This highly self-directed course, while facilitated by the professor, offers students ample opportunities to experiment and chart their own path.
Prerequisite: BUS 304 with a minimum grade of D- or BUS 494 with a minimum grade of D- Restriction: Class restricted to Senior; Field of Study Restricted to Management, Humanistic Management; Class restricted to Senior School of Management
