TEC 101 - Education for Social Justice

How do educational institutions and practices both contribute to social injustices and serve as a site for transformation and activism? This introductory, interdisciplinary course examines a range of perspectives on the problems within and possibilities for schooling, particularly regarding diversity and equity among historically marginalized groups, and explores implication for anti-oppressive policy, pedagogy, and practice.
