BUS 304 - Foundations of Organizational Behavior

This course covers the theory and practice of contemporary management and organizational behavioral issues. In a dynamic class environment, students will develop and practice skills that enable them to work effectively with others, analyze organizational cases, and identify solutions to address opportunities and challenges in the workplace. Example class themes include: individual motivation, team dynamics and performance, leadership, employee well-being, and organizational and societal culture.


Prerequisite: Core A2 Rhetoric and Composition with a minimum grade of D- which may not be taken concurrently. 
Restriction: Class restrictions exclude Freshman; Field of Study restricted to Accounting, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behav.& Ldrship, Undeclared Business Major, Hospitality Management, General Business Minor, Humanistic Management Minor
