BAM 304 - Management Principles: Organizational Behavior Unit(s): 2
This course explores the ways in which key theories of Organizational Behavior are relevant in the current environment and in the context of private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Specifically, this course provides an introduction to Organizational Behavior from a social and behavioral science perspective-examining topics at the individual, team, and organizational levels of analysis. We will also draw upon the Jesuit tradition of the university.
