IME 723 - Queering Education

This course has two complementary aims: to ground the students in queer theory and its usefulness for questioning normativity, particularly around gender and sexuality, in education, and to prepare the students to be agents of change in making schools places that not only include LGBT and queer people but make the world more just for all.
