POLS 240 - Youth Politics Unit(s): 4
Explores a wide range of US-based and international political dynamics, both inside and outside of formal political processes, using “youth” as a cross-cutting identity. Topics include: conceptualizing “youth”; political socialization; youth politics in historical perspective; generational transformation in political engagement; contemporary forms of youth protest.
Prerequisite: POLS 100 or POLS 110 College of Arts and Sciences
