MPH 640 - Leadership and Collaboration

This course will focus on developing leadership and collaboration skills in various public health contexts and roles. Topics include styles and theories of leadership; emotional and social intelligence; ethical leadership; diversity and representation in leadership and teams; and working effectively with stakeholders and interprofessional teams. Students will apply strategies for systems thinking, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
