NURS 795P - Culm of Evidence-Based Change of Practice Proj

This course is a leadership practicum course in which the student completes and disseminates their DNP project. It is an advanced practice nursing residency which includes structured immersion to master the role of a population health leader. Course faculty will guide students as they develop implement individual goals, learning objectives and deliverables toward their DNP project.
