This course prepares educational leaders to develop and implement systems that support the professional growth of educators through coaching and mentoring. Studying best practices students will learn to evaluate, analyze and implement programs that improve classroom instruction, student engagement and create positive school climate. Coaching and mentoring is an essential skill for educators, the classroom instructor, supervisor and school administrator.
