Organizations are ubiquitous in the modern age. An incredible amount of research describes the purpose, function, and culture of organizations. In this course, students will dissect, analyze, and apply research to understand how schools and school districts function and the kinds of organizational systems school leaders need to put in place to challenge rather than maintain social inequities.
