PSYD 781 - Externship Placement A

This course will focus on helping students become increasingly socialized into the multiple roles of psychologists as they prepare for the clinical professional demands of a predoctoral internship. Students will further develop skills in prevention and evidence-based interventions in the treatment of behavioral health conditions. Flexibility in case formulation and presentation skills, and increased independence of functioning in working in behavioral health care settings, including responding to crises will be emphasized.
