In this course students will be exposed to the nuts and bolts of school leadership including the legal mandates governing human resources, student rights, teacher rights, special education, and school finance. Student will also become familiar with both the philosophy and practicalities of creating school budgets that serve the needs of children, families, and adult allies that belong to the school community.
